Your key responsibilities will include:
- Working on a caseload of Private Client matters, including Wills, Trusts and Probate;
- Providing expert advice on Will drafting, trusts and tax planning, estate administration, Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection applications;
- Identifying opportunities for business development and implementing effective marketing strategies;
An ideal candidate would have 5+ years of post-qualification experience and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a similar role. The estimated salary for this position is £70,000 - £90,000 per year.
