As a Residential Childcare Team Leader, you will be part of a dedicated team providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in a residential setting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team and ensuring the delivery of excellent care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the team and ensure the delivery of excellent care and support to our residents
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the needs of our residents
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care and support delivered
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless care and support delivery
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year's experience working with children and young people in a residential setting
  • QCF Level 3 Residential Childcare or equivalent (In line with Ofsted requirements)
  • Commitment to working a shift pattern including sleep-in duties + overtime
  • Full UK driving licence
Benefits:

The salary for this role is £27,785.00 per annum, inclusive of an attendance allowance and 1 sleep-in per week.
