Residential Youth Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Residential Youth Support Worker to join our team in Mansfield. This role involves working with vulnerable young people, providing stability, guidance, and support in a safe and nurturing environment.
The successful candidate will have a passion for helping others, be flexible, and resilient. A willingness to work towards or hold a current qualification in QCF Level 3 in Residential Childcare is essential.
Responsibilities- Establish positive relationships with young people, assisting them in navigating complex emotions and behaviors.
- Assist with daily routines, medication administration, and ensure the well-being of each young person.
- Organize and participate in recreational activities promoting a supportive atmosphere and healing.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including healthcare professionals, to provide holistic care and optimal outcomes for the young people.
- A genuine desire to make a difference in young people's lives.
- Flexibility to work various hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- A willingness to work towards or hold a current qualification in QCF Level 3 in Residential Childcare.
