Strategic Business Growth Manager

This Is Prime is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Growth Manager to lead our team of Business Development Managers and Marketing Specialists. As a key member of our Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, strengthening existing client relationships, and driving strategic growth.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing sales teams and strategies, with exceptional leadership and team development skills. They will also possess strong interpersonal skills, creative marketing abilities, and excellent communication skills.
The estimated salary for this position is £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, based on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive a bonus based on company and team performance, generous holidays, a pension plan, access to a company car, staff discounts, and a hybrid work arrangement.
