About the Role:You will lead the agency's London new business team, developing and implementing a global strategy to drive ambitious growth through innovative marketing and sales approaches.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a global business development strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.
- Lead the new business team to achieve ambitious growth targets through innovative marketing and sales strategies.
- Promote the company's unique value proposition through compelling storytelling, creative space design, and fan engagement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development and growth strategy.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a proven track record of building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Salary and Benefits:
- A competitive salary of £85,000 - £105,000 per annum.
- A comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, pension scheme, and annual leave.
