We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our team at Reed. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave, providing an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a critical function of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day financial transactions, including invoicing and billing.
- Assist with the preparation of accounts and tax returns.
- Manage ledgers and facilitate various accounting functions.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain financial records and prepare reports.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an accounts administration role or studying towards an accountancy qualification.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Valid driver's license and own transport due to the location of the office.
