Job Summary:
To provide end-to-end administrative and coordination support to the Service Delivery Team, ensuring smooth and efficient services are provided by Mid Hampshire Healthcare Ltd.
Main Duties:
- Be the primary contact for MHH member practices and patients for specific clinic/procedure booking and other general inquiries required for the services being run via the dedicated contact MHH phone numbers.
- Monitor the MHH Admin email inboxes, addressing issues raised in a timely manner or escalating to other members of the team, if necessary.
- Manage all other incoming and outgoing administration required for the service (namely post).
- Deal with general inquiries and ensure these are dealt with efficiently.
- Responsibility for incoming and outgoing referrals through electronic referrals system (eRs) and self-referrals.
- Management of EMIS (clinical system) Patient Administration Lists ensuring all service users are processed in accordance with service operating procedures.
- Manage the clinical system EMIS ensuring that the appointment templates are in place as far in advance as possible.
- Booking and confirming patient appointments.
- Assist in the administration and delivery when required of clinical and non-clinical stock within MHH Services.
- Assist in the management of test results.
- Establish and maintain clear filing systems for administrative paperwork.
- Assist in maintaining office equipment and supplies and arranging new orders in accordance with company policy.
