To provide end-to-end administrative and coordination support to the Service Delivery Team, ensuring smooth and efficient services are provided by Mid Hampshire Healthcare Ltd.

Main Duties:

  1. Be the primary contact for MHH member practices and patients for specific clinic/procedure booking and other general inquiries required for the services being run via the dedicated contact MHH phone numbers.
  2. Monitor the MHH Admin email inboxes, addressing issues raised in a timely manner or escalating to other members of the team, if necessary.
  3. Manage all other incoming and outgoing administration required for the service (namely post).
  4. Deal with general inquiries and ensure these are dealt with efficiently.
  5. Responsibility for incoming and outgoing referrals through electronic referrals system (eRs) and self-referrals.
  6. Management of EMIS (clinical system) Patient Administration Lists ensuring all service users are processed in accordance with service operating procedures.
  7. Manage the clinical system EMIS ensuring that the appointment templates are in place as far in advance as possible.
  8. Booking and confirming patient appointments.
  9. Assist in the administration and delivery when required of clinical and non-clinical stock within MHH Services.
  10. Assist in the management of test results.
  11. Establish and maintain clear filing systems for administrative paperwork.
  12. Assist in maintaining office equipment and supplies and arranging new orders in accordance with company policy.
