Job DescriptionAs a Maintenance Team Member, you'll be responsible for performing maintenance compliance tasks, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, resident emergency systems, equipment repairs, and interior and exterior finishes. You'll also liaise with contractors to ensure the smooth operation of facilities.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you'll need a strong desire to help people, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team. You should have a basic understanding of mechanical and technical systems, as well as experience in a similar role or industry.
