Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, technology groups, and suppliers, to design and implement effective IT service delivery strategies.
  • Develop and maintain IT service management processes to ensure high-quality service delivery and minimize the impact of incidents.
  • Work closely with the IT service desk to identify and resolve technical issues, and provide guidance on service improvement initiatives.
  • Support the development and implementation of IT service level agreements (SLAs) and operational level agreements (OLAs) to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of IT service management policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with industry best practices.
  • Participate in IT service management training and development programs to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT service management, with a strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of IT service management tools and technologies, including service desk software and IT service management platforms.
