Property Negotiator and Administrator

Staffline Recruitment (NI) Ltd. is recruiting for a Sales Negotiator & Administrator to join their team in Belfast. About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Sales Department with property enquiries, booking viewings, negotiating sales, managing contracts, and reporting. They will also be required to maintain client files and compliance, deal with client queries, and perform general administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and spoken grammar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Sales Department with property enquiries and bookings
- Negotiating sales and managing contracts
- Maintaining client files and compliance
- Dealing with client queries and performing general administrative duties
Person Specification:
• 2 years sales support/admin experience
• Excellent communication/organisational skills
• Attention to detail
• Excellent written and spoken grammar
• Excellent computer skills including Excel, Word
• A team player
Salary and Benefits:
The successful Sales Negotiator & Administrator will enjoy a competitive salary of £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a full-time role based in Belfast.
