**Job description**

This exciting job role offers the opportunity to join a collaborative and dynamic team, taking responsibility for sales negotiations on behalf of our clients.

The key responsibilities of the role are:

- Liaise with Value for terms of sale, specifications and instruction from vendor.
- Seek to generate new business by developing and using contacts to create new opportunities.
- Build positive relationships with vendors, being aware of their desired outcome and represent them in negotiations with prospective buyers.
- Ensure all the legal obligations and company standards are consistently met in representing the vendor including; sole agency agreement signed, photo identification, brochure accuracy sign off, EPC, outlays paid upfront following instruction. Properties must not be progressed without outlay payments being received, unless a manager has granted express approval in advance.
- Liaise with marketing to ensure property is advertised in a timely manner.
- Pinpoint the requirements of prospective buyers and sign-post them to appropriate properties across the portfolio on our register to ensure a positive outcome. Register on our mailing list for future listings.
- Ensure the vendor / Asset Management Companies are kept constantly updated and once a sale has been agreed (with the help of your manager and valuer) oversee the entire process as swiftly as possible to a speedy completion.
- Liaise with marketing to ensure property is advertised in a timely manner.

May require evenings and weekends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
