Academic Support Specialist

A supportive role for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join a lovely SEN school in Dunstable, providing effective support to children across the school.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with class teachers to deliver tailored support to students.
- Develop strong bonds with students with a range of SEN needs, promoting their progress and well-being.
- Monitor and track student progress, adapting teaching methods to meet their diverse needs.
- A Level 3 TA qualification or Degree in a related field is essential.
- Experience working with children with SEN is preferable but not mandatory.
An attractive salary of £88,000 - £98,000 per annum, depending on experience, reflecting the importance of this role in supporting the school's mission.
