Education and Training Role Overview

This full-time position involves providing exceptional support to students with profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD) in a dynamic educational environment. As part of our committed team at Academics, you will be responsible for developing and implementing tailored education plans, fostering a supportive learning environment, and collaborating with teachers and other professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • To develop strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents to ensure each student receives the support they need to thrive academically and personally.
  • To contribute to creating and implementing tailored Individual Education Plans (IEPs) that cater to the unique needs and abilities of each student.
  • To work closely with the SEN team to monitor student progress, identify areas for improvement, and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
Requirements and Qualifications
