Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to students with profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD) in a collaborative educational setting.
  • Develop and implement personalized education plans in conjunction with teachers and other professionals to foster a supportive learning environment.
  • Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies as needed, working closely with the Special Educational Needs (SEN) team.
Requirements
  • Previous experience supporting children or young people with PMLD in an educational context.
  • Understanding of SEN policies and safeguarding guidelines.
