Family Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Family Support Specialist to join our team at Watertoren Utrecht. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to work with vulnerable children and families, making a real difference in their lives.
The successful candidate will have a degree in social work or equivalent, as well as post-qualifying experience in children and families work. A diploma in social work or certificate in social services is also desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ongoing assessment work and intervention with children and families
• Progressing children's plans and ensuring access to the right level of service
• Working closely with colleagues and partner agencies to hear and record the child's voice
Salary: €55,000 - €70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
