Job RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Mental Health Administration Assistant. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a vital role in supporting our clinical staff to deliver high-quality care to our patients.
You will be responsible for providing administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping. You will also answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage correspondence. Additionally, you will develop and maintain accurate records, databases, and spreadsheets.
Requirements- NVQ Business admin level 2 or equivalent.
- English GCSE grade 4 or equivalent.
- Maths GCSE grade 4 or equivalent.
- RSA II or equivalent.
- RSA Typing III or equivalent.
The estimated salary for this position is around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
