We are working with schools across Manchester to provide administrative support for their reception teams. This is a temporary opportunity to cover a full-time or part-time role, starting as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the school reception team, including answering telephone and face-to-face enquiries and monitoring the signing in system
  • Assist with and answer general enquiries, including those from parents, students, and staff
  • Support the organisation of school trips and events
Administrative Tasks
  • Manage manual and computerised record/information systems
  • Provide general clerical/admin support, including photocopying, filing, faxing, and completing standard forms
  • Analyse and evaluate data/information and produce reports/information/data as required
  • Undertake typing and word-processing and complex IT-based tasks
  • Provide personal, administrative, and organisational support to other staff
  • Undertake administration of complex procedures
  • Complete and submit complex forms, returns, etc., including those to outside agencies
  • Take notes at meetings
  • Sort and distribute mail
  • Maintain and collate pupil reports
