Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Recruitment and HR Administration Officer to join our team at Healthvision UK. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the HR Department in recruiting staff and managing staff performance on a part-time basis (20 hours per week) in our West London office. Your duties will include screening and interviewing candidates, conducting background checks, ensuring all recruitment procedures are followed, assisting in the performance management of all staff, conducting telephone interviews via phone or in-person, ensuring DBS applications are completed, checking and confirming new starter references, leading inductions professionally as per Health Vision guidelines, and assisting HR team with Employee Relations when required.
