The Role: CX Design Manager, Electrification

As the CX Design Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the customer experience across all touchpoints with our brand. Your mission will be to understand, build, and continuously improve our customers' experiences as they navigate the transition to electrification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver customer-centric experiences that meet the evolving needs of commercial customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement design solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' businesses and their needs, identifying opportunities to create value and drive innovation.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure design solutions align with business objectives and customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in human-centered design and experience in designing and delivering products or experiences to market.
  • Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving design solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Strong understanding of the mobility ecosystem, fleet management, and electrification.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in design or a related field.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in design or a related field.
  • Experience in a B2B environment and ability to initiate projects independently.
  • Strong storytelling skills and ability to create and apply frameworks.
  • Soft skills to learn from customers without leading them and ability to extract and apply customer insights.
