Estate Maintenance Opportunities

Tudor Employment is seeking an experienced Community Facilities Manager (Temporary) to join our team and contribute to the upkeep of our housing estates.

  • Lead inspections and audits of communal flats in Communal Block Flats & Sheltered Schemes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the appearance and safety of housing estates.
  • Collaborate with Housing and Council services to address resident queries and concerns, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service.

Role Details:

  • Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm.
  • Salary: £12.00 per hour.
  • Ongoing contract with opportunities for career development.
