Payroll Manager Position

Greenbean is seeking a Senior Payroll Manager to support the HR department in delivering and managing the operational aspects of the payroll function.
The successful candidate will have a strong payroll background and be able to hit the ground running. They will be responsible for leading and developing the department responsible for all payroll processes.
The role involves overseeing the management of the payroll administration functions of the department, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant payments to employees and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing monthly payrolls for circa 6,000 employees
- Leading and developing the payroll department
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and organisational policy and guidelines
- Developing strong and productive working relationships
Requirements:
- CIPP Foundation degree in Payroll Management (or equivalent)
- Demonstrable skills in using core digital tools
- Professional payroll practitioner with knowledge and expertise
