About the Role

As an SEN Teacher in West Malling, you'll have the opportunity to inspire and support students with a variety of learning needs. You'll design and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse abilities within your classroom.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering lessons tailored to the individual needs of SEN students, creating an inclusive classroom environment where every student feels supported and respected.

You will work closely with parents, colleagues, and external agencies to create effective learning plans, monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.

Maintaining accurate records in line with school policies is also essential. Additionally, you will engage in professional development to refine your SEN teaching skills.
