Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Urgent Treatment Centre, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and leading a multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide autonomous practice in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with minor illnesses and injuries.
  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve excellent patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement clinical guidelines and protocols to ensure best practice.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service improvement initiatives.
Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) or equivalent.
  • Experience of working in an Urgent Treatment Centre or similar setting.
  • Proven leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
