Senior Nursing Quality Manager

Barchester Healthcare is seeking an experienced Senior Nursing Quality Manager to lead the development and implementation of clinical quality initiatives across our nursing homes in Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, and Cheltenham.
In this role, you will oversee the quality of care provided to our residents, ensuring that all aspects of care meet the highest standards. You will work closely with our Regional Director, improvement specialists, and senior clinical staff to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted strategies to address these.
Your responsibilities will include reviewing clinical governance data, analyzing results, and identifying opportunities for improvement. You will also work closely with our improvement specialists to develop and implement action plans to address any issues and improve care delivery.
We offer a competitive salary of £62,500 per annum, along with a company car, mobile phone, and laptop. Our benefits package includes free learning and development, retail discounts, leisure savings, holiday and travel discounts, and a mentor bonus scheme.
