Job Title: Procurement Ledger Specialist

Location: Stroud

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum

This role involves managing the procurement ledger and ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded. Key responsibilities include reviewing supplier invoices, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the purchase ledger mailbox, supporting the purchase ledger administrator with handling telephone calls, and responding to supplier queries in a timely and professional manner. They will also review returned held matching as received and process it according to pre-defined guidelines.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be confident in time management and prioritization, and have advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of Open Accounts is an advantage.
