Job Summary

About the Role

This challenging role involves implementing comprehensive training programs, onboarding new hires, and collaborating with senior management to address staff training needs.

We are seeking an exceptional individual who can design and deliver continuous training programs tailored to staff needs and recent legal updates.

The successful candidate will provide regular in-house Case Management System training for all employees, support new hires with induction training, and conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to help trainees improve specific skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Designing and delivering continuous training programs tailored to staff needs and recent legal updates
  • Providing regular in-house Case Management System training for all employees
  • Supporting new hires with induction training, ensuring effective onboarding
  • Conducting one-on-one coaching sessions to help trainees improve specific skills
  • Updating training materials for both in-person and online learning platforms, ensuring that materials are current and relevant
  • Collaborating with HR and senior management to identify specific training needs, and suggesting updates based on legal changes
