Tablet Administration and Support Lead

ParentPay Group is looking for a highly motivated Tablet Administration and Support Lead to join our Customer Support team in Coventry, UK. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Android mobile devices used by our catering customers.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities. Experience in stock management is highly advantageous, and the ability to keep abreast of hardware and mobile network developments is essential.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary, ranging from £35,000 to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the ordering, setup, auditing, and maintenance of Android mobile devices.
  • Provide 2nd Line Support to customers, escalating complex issues to Support Management when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of tablet requests and inventory levels across ticketing systems and MDM software.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery to customers.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
