The Senior Administrator will provide high-level administrative support to the Regional Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of the office and contributing to the success of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Regional Manager's diary, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences, and resolving calendar conflicts in a timely manner.
- Provide administrative support to the department, including arranging functions and venue bookings as needed.
- Complete tasks of a personal nature on behalf of the Regional Manager, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
- Take minutes, compile reports, and draft correspondence on behalf of the Regional Manager.
- Redirect tasks, queries, and escalations to relevant Regional Manager's direct reports, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
- Maintain confidentiality of information and adhere to company policies and procedures.

- Embody and live the company values, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and professionalism.
- Take ownership of service delivery, ensuring high-quality results through individual efforts.
- Collaborate effectively with others to achieve personal results, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage time, tasks, and output quality for periods of 1 day to a maximum of 3 months, prioritizing work and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications and Experience
- Matriculation Certificate (Matric)
- Preference for Secretarial or Office Administration qualification
- 3-5 years of senior-level secretarial experience
