Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the construction industry. As Group Head of Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, coaching and motivating sales teams, and developing strategic plans to enhance sales performance.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have previous experience leading sales teams in plant/material handling, logistics, or M&E engineering. A solution-focused and proactive approach is essential, along with demonstrable experience leading and coaching high-performing teams. The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication skills, a diplomatic style, and a values-driven approach to leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and motivate sales teams to deliver quality results and meet KPIs.
  • Drive sales performance within budget while maintaining excellent customer service and promoting a positive business culture.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance sales performance.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to foster effective collaboration across the group.
  • Maintain high standards of excellence in all areas.
  • Promote a culture of high performance, clear communication, and teamwork.
  • Consult with clients, customers, and colleagues to provide solutions and stay aligned with strategic plans.
