This role seeks a highly motivated Specification Sales Manager to join our team at Michael Page Sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to build relationships, deliver effective sales strategies and drive business growth in the London area.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled sales professional to develop and implement effective sales strategies within the Specification and A&D space. The successful candidate will establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts, negotiate and close agreements with large customers, and monitor and analyse performance metrics to suggest improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies within the Specification and A&D space.
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs.

Requirements

A successful Specification Sales Manager should have:

  • Proven work experience in a sales role selling into Specification.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in English and MS Office.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 GBP, yearly, and a chance to work with a leading recruitment agency in the industry.
