We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our dynamic Physiotherapy team at Oaks Hospital, part of Ramsay Health Care UK. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our Physiotherapy department.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of Physiotherapists in the provision of patient care, ensuring excellent clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions, utilizing your expertise in acupuncture and Pilates.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Physiotherapy department policies and procedures.
- Participate in on-call and weekend duties, as required.
