About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our dynamic Physiotherapy team at Oaks Hospital, part of Ramsay Health Care UK.

As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality patient care, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Physiotherapy team in providing musculoskeletal care to patients
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to meet individual patient needs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Contribute to the development of Physiotherapy services and policies
  • Supervise and mentor junior Physiotherapists
Requirements
  • Experience of working in a Physiotherapy department, preferably in a hospital setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of CSP Standards of Physiotherapy Practice
  • Acupuncture and Pilates experience is desirable but not essential
