Job Overview

MCL Medics is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join our expanding team. This permanent role will be based in Grangemouth, working on-site for our client, 2 days per week.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised individual with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills to support our clients in achieving their statutory duties to protect and promote the health, safety, and welfare of people at work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct workplace assessments and report on health risks.
  • Perform routine health surveillance and pre-placement screenings.
  • Fitness-for-work assessments and case management.
  • Manage health records ensuring safe storage, security, and confidentiality of OH records.
  • Work to strict protocols and procedures set by MCL Medics and in line with SEQOHS accreditation.

Requirements

  • RGN/RMN with prior Occupational Health Advisor experience.
  • Current NMC Registration.
  • Desirable: Occupational Health qualification; relevant experience considered.
  • Proactive, friendly, and professional individuals with workload management confidence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
