We are seeking a talented CNC Workholding Business Developer to join our team at ASC Connections Ltd. As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business development and sales growth in the UK market.

Your primary focus will be on identifying new opportunities, converting leads, and arranging visits with customers across various manufacturing sectors. You will also be responsible for managing multiple projects with varying sales cycles, working closely with area sales managers to grow and develop the account base for the UK.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in increasing sales and volume of end-users of the product, reporting sales figures and pipeline activity, and working closely with partners to maintain relationships and promote products effectively.

You will also present to customers, offering technical solutions relevant to their needs, maintain regular contact with clients through after-sales visits and evaluations, and work alongside colleagues and management to coordinate marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.

With a competitive basic salary of £53,000, a commission structure tailored to your performance, company car, fuel card, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, mobile phone, laptop, private pension scheme, and credit card for expenses, this is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career and achieve significant growth.
