Role Overview
The Senior Sales Consultant will work with a leading developer and apartment/house seller, utilizing their sales expertise to drive business growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a proven track record in new home sales.

Salary and Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary of £34,000, plus commission, pension, and excellent benefits. The estimated OTE (On-Target Earnings) is up to £40,000.

Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively working within a group of business development professionals to sell properties, developments, and lifestyles near Exeter. Key responsibilities include taking customers on tours of the developments, managing all aspects of the sale through to completion, and inspiring others in the team to develop and achieve sales. A strong focus on customer relationships and empathy is essential for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience in estate agency, new home sales, or property sales is beneficial. Commercial acumen and good sales track records are essential. Strong communication skills, with the ability to deliver presentations to potential buyers, are also required. Full UK driving license is necessary for traveling across regions to visit potential clients.
