Our Team
We are Spicerhaart Corporate Sales, a dynamic team committed to delivering exceptional results. As a sales consultant, you will work closely with our experienced team to provide tailored property solutions for clients. You will be responsible for proactively managing properties, liaising with clients, and collaborating with the team to achieve successful outcomes.

This exciting role offers growth and development opportunities, supported by our experienced team through full training and guidance. You will have access to dedicated resources, including comprehensive training and ongoing coaching and development.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Managing properties to meet client service level agreements.
  • Liaising with clients to ensure fairness and transparency.
  • Collaborating with the team to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Coordinating with external parties to obtain information and progress properties.
  • Creating recommendations based on supporting evidence.
  • Providing solutions and communicating them in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintaining accurate property records.

What We Offer
We offer a competitive starting salary of £23,400 per annum + bonus, a Monday to Friday schedule, 9 am - 5:30 pm, in an office environment, and dedicated training from day one. You will also have access to ongoing coaching and development opportunities to support your career growth.
