Luxury Property Business Development Manager: We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team as a Luxury Property Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with a focus on luxury property sales. You will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to drive sales growth, using your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships and close deals.

About the Role: As a Luxury Property Business Development Manager, you will work closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities. You will need to have excellent knowledge of the local property market, as well as the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. A full UK driving license is essential, as you will be required to travel regularly to meet with clients and attend site visits.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record in sales, with a focus on luxury property sales. You should also have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel. Salary and Benefits: The salary for this role is up to £45,000 OTE, plus benefits including commission, pension, and generous salary. Location: The role is based in Exeter, but you will be required to travel regularly to other locations, so a good working knowledge of the area would be beneficial. However, with a full UK driving license, you will be able to easily commute to meetings and site visits.
