We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in helping our Reception pupils reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support to students, including phonics sessions and interventions, to ensure they receive the help they need to succeed.
  • Assist with classroom activities and lesson preparations, helping to create a stimulating and engaging learning environment.
  • Support all students, including those with additional needs, to promote inclusion and a positive school culture.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members to ensure a cohesive and effective educational experience.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Good understanding of the EYFS curriculum and relevant experience working with children in a school setting.
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service and a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification.
  • Experience supporting children with Social, Emotional, Mental Health (SEMH) needs and a strong commitment to safeguarding practices.
