A leading brand in the Woking area is seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join their payroll team for a three-month period.
As a Payroll Administrator, you will work closely with the wider team to ensure the accurate and timely processing of all payroll tasks, maintaining compliance and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll expert to join a dynamic team in a highly successful company with a fantastic working environment.
- End-to-end payroll management for a contractor base of 450 (both PAYE and PSC) across two legal entities.
- Logging all deductions and pay differences; verification of tax codes; sending FPS (Full Payment Submission) to HMRC; uploading Pension data.
- Timesheet checking and input.
- Statutory payments – SSP, SMP, PAYE and National Insurance.
- Auto Enrolment processes.
- Significant experience in payroll management with a solid understanding.
- Strong collaborator with a customer-centric approach and first-rate interpersonal and communication skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of tax codes, IR regulations, and compliance requirements.
