Job Title: Regional Property Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Property Operations Manager to join our team at the Ministry of Justice.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing contractor performance, ensuring delivery in line with the contract, and providing assurance that services are being delivered to agreed standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically lead a customer-facing team to deliver property and facilities management services.
  • Manage a team of Area Property Operational Managers and Property Operational Managers.
  • Accountable for team budget and report directly to the Head of Property Operations.
  • Develop and implement asset management and contract & supplier management strategies.
  • Build and maintain complex customer relationships and stakeholder liaison.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in property and facilities management disciplines.
  • Experience in strategically leading a customer-facing team.
  • People management including mentoring and development.
  • Asset management and contract & supplier management.
  • Managing complex customer relationships and stakeholder liaison.
