We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Property Operations Manager to join our team at the Ministry of Justice.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing contractor performance, ensuring delivery in line with the contract, and providing assurance that services are being delivered to agreed standards.
As a Regional Property Operations Manager, you will lead a team of Area Property Operational Managers and Property Operational Managers, and be accountable for their team budget and report directly to the Head of Property Operations.
Key Responsibilities- Strategically lead a customer-facing team to deliver high-quality services and working environments.
- Manage complex customer relationships and stakeholder liaison.
- Oversee contractor performance and ensure delivery in line with the contract.
- Provide assurance that services are being delivered to agreed standards.
- Lead a team of Area Property Operational Managers and Property Operational Managers.
- Strong experience in property and facilities management disciplines.
- Experience in strategically leading a customer-facing team.
- People management including mentoring and development.
- Asset management and contract & supplier management.
- Annual Leave: 25 days on appointment, increasing to 30 days after five years' service.
- Pension: Choice of pension schemes.
- Training: Extensive range of training and development opportunities.
