Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Exceptional Customer Experience Officer - Premier Banking to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to our Premier customers, handling their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring that every interaction with our Premier customers is positive and memorable
  • Handle inbound calls, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and secure
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a banking or financial services environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
