Regional Sales Director for Construction Sector

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the construction sector. Based in the field, from home, and at our headquarters near High Wycombe 1 day a week, this role will involve developing revenue within existing clients while identifying, targeting, and winning new clients.

The ideal candidate will have a consultative sales approach and a proven track record of selling fenestration products into construction contractors. They will be responsible for selling the full range of solutions to principal contractors, main contractors, consultants, and local authorities across the Midlands and South England, including London.

Solutions are usually sold on a project-by-project basis, with order values ranging from £50k to £4 million. The successful candidate will typically sell at various levels, including:

  • Construction Director
  • Senior Project Manager
  • Contracts Manager
  • Installation Manager
  • Site Manager
  • Procurement Director
  • Project Buyer
  • Estimator
  • Technical Manager

In addition to their sales responsibilities, the Regional Sales Director will also benefit from a basic salary between £50k-£55k (dependent on experience), hybrid company car, annual bonus up to £20k based on performance, 22 days' holiday + bank holidays, pension scheme, health cash plan, employee incentives, hybrid working options, and excellent long-term career prospects.
