Are you a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager (RMN) with a passion for delivering high-quality care? We have an exciting opportunity with a professional, family-run charitable company located in a picturesque setting.

Position: Registered Manager

Salary: £36,000 - £38,000

Hours: 40-hour working week

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Plan, coordinate, and implement person-centered care plans and risk assessments.
  • Provide essential physical care, from personal hygiene to managing health appointments.
  • Lead staff training initiatives to uphold physical health knowledge and skills.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with staff, professionals, and agencies.
  • Accurate record-keeping in accordance with our policies.
  • Lead the development, maintenance, and monitoring of service standards.

**Ideal Candidate:**

If you are a Level 5 qualified professional with a minimum of 5 years of Registered Manager experience, this role is perfect for you. Bring your supervisory skills, up-to-date knowledge of CQC regulations, and the ability to navigate relevant legislation and national guidelines. Your expertise in models of care, along with a working knowledge of roles within primary and secondary care settings, will make you a valuable addition to our team.
