We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to join our team at Tom Ford, located in the vibrant city of London. As a key member of our luxury retail team, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing sales team to achieve exceptional results in the beauty and fragrance market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers to the Tom Ford beauty experience, providing personalized assistance and delivering exceptional customer service while upholding the brand's values.
  • Serve as a passionate Brand Ambassador, fostering client loyalty and confidence while maximizing sales opportunities.
  • Be an expert on all product information to guide customers effectively and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure seamless transactions and maintain a luxurious shopping environment.
  • Support visual merchandising initiatives and contribute to back-of-house duties such as inventory control.
  • Capture customer details for CRM purposes, maintaining relationships and ensuring after-sales follow-up.
  • Stay updated on beauty and fragrance trends, product knowledge, and brand information through ongoing training and self-directed learning.
  • Manage the growth of your personal Tom Ford business within the store, taking ownership and responsibility for your performance.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to the brand's standards of presentation and professionalism.

About the Role:

  • Retail management experience preferably within the beauty or luxury sector.
  • Proven track record of setting and exceeding sales targets, KPIs, and customer service goals.
  • Experience in leading, coaching, and developing teams to succeed in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong passion for beauty and fragrance, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility across days/hours, with a focus on maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
  • Proof of right to live and work in the UK.
