Senior Team Lead Opportunity

We are recruiting a Senior Team Lead to join our prestigious client's luxury retail team in London. As a key member of the store management, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading by example, and developing high-performing teams.

About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in luxury retail management, with a proven track record of delivering results and exceeding targets.
  • Possesses excellent communication skills, able to motivate and inspire teams to achieve exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a supportive work environment that fosters collaboration and encourages team members to grow professionally.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance overall store performance.
  • Mentor and coach team members to ensure they meet their performance goals and develop new skills.
  • Contribute to the development of visual merchandising displays, ensuring they are engaging, easy to navigate, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Collaborate with the buying team to select merchandise that meets customer needs and drives sales growth.
  • Manage store expenses, maintain accurate inventory levels, and ensure efficient use of resources.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in luxury retail management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to motivate and inspire teams to achieve exceptional customer experiences.
  • Possesses strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
