About the Role:

The Evening Events Lead is responsible for delivering high-quality events and activities for families and adult audiences at our sites in Warwick. This role involves working closely with the Learning and Community Engagement team to deliver our school workshop programme, which includes onsite workshops and outreach programmes in schools across Warwickshire, Coventry, and occasionally into Solihull and Birmingham.

  • Deliver evening events and activities that meet the needs of our diverse audience.">
  • Work collaboratively with the Learning and Community Engagement team to develop and implement event programmes.">
  • Ensure all events are well-organised, engaging, and safe for attendees.">
  • Maintain strong relationships with schools, community groups, and other stakeholders to promote our events and services.">

Requirements:

This role requires a creative and enthusiastic individual who can work effectively in a team environment. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to think creatively and solve problems independently.

Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
