About the role of Relief Group Leader

We are seeking an experienced and adaptable individual to join our team as a Relief Group Leader. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with schools and delivering educational programmes.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Learning and Community Engagement team to deliver our school workshop programme. The programme is delivered at various sites across Warwickshire, including St Johns House Museum in Warwick. As a Relief Group Leader, you will be responsible for leading workshops for schools, ensuring that they have a positive and engaging experience.

Our school workshop programme is designed to educate children about local history and culture. We provide all necessary resources and support to ensure that our Group Leaders can deliver high-quality workshops. As a Relief Group Leader, you will also be required to work in partnership with other teams to deliver outreach services to local communities.

Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently. You will also need to be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances.

Key Responsibilities:
