Event Planning and Coordination Professional

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with speakers to ensure a seamless event experience
- Collaborate closely with the Courses team to guarantee timely payments and accurate financial records
- Select and book suitable venues and accommodations for events, prioritizing attendee satisfaction
- Effectively create events on the CRM system and maintain accurate website information
- Communicate with members regarding event bookings and associated administration tasks
- Design and send targeted email campaigns to promote events and increase attendance
- Process invoices and maintain liaison with industry suppliers to optimize operations
- Ensure accuracy in spreadsheets and implement actions accordingly
- Attend events in person, providing exceptional customer service and representing the company
- Coordinate venue setup before conferences, accommodating flexible working hours if needed
- Maintain open communication with speakers, exhibitors, attendees, and venue staff during events
- Manage the exhibition stand at conferences and respond to attendee inquiries
- Host webinars to engage the audience and drive results
- Handle phone calls for the Events and Courses team, addressing their needs promptly
- Offer supportive assistance to the Courses team as required
- Undertake additional responsibilities or tasks assigned by management
Requirements and Benefits:
