We are seeking an Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team in Bristol. This part-time temporary role will support the Pension Team, providing high-level secretarial and administrative assistance. As an Administrative Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for composing non-routine correspondence, managing diaries, arranging meetings, and transcribing dictation.

The ideal candidate will have advanced computer literacy, excellent communication skills, and experience as an executive secretary/PA. You will work 22.5 hours per week, with a flexible schedule and hybrid working arrangement. The position is available until 31/03/2025, with the possibility of extension based on client needs.
